Transforming your life includes Moving (physically fit) and a Healthy Lifestyle.  Find an activity that you enjoy and fits into your lifestyle.  My personal journey included running. I’m able to run almost anywhere, need limited equipment, and can choose if I want be on my own or part of a group.   I currently run with a phone without a SIM card so I can listen to music or podcasts without being interrupted.  It’s a time for me to focus on myself and recharge. I’ve now completed three half-marathons and one full marathon. With restrictions now lifted, I’m looking forward to participating in marathons again! Being active also provides a positive role model for my sons – both of whom now play at an elite level of soccer.

Start with 30 minutes a day.  Then start making changes to your diet.  Remember what goes in affects what comes out in terms of energy and creativity.  To get positive outcomes you need to be consistent and work hard.
