What is Affiliate Marketing?
Affiliate Marketers are the ‘middle’ person between retailers/creators of products or services and potential customers. An affiliate marketer uses a unique link to promote products and/or services via a website or social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Clapper, YouTube). When a potential customer clicks on the unique link and a purchase is made, the affiliate marketer gets a commission for the sale.
Affiliates have the freedom to choose what products/services they promote and how they promote these products/services. Most affiliates choose a niche aligned with their interests or hobbies and a social media platform they are familiar with and aligns with their business model.
What are Affiliate Marketing Courses?
Marketing, writing, and using social media platforms, are skills people need to learn to have a successful online and therefore affiliate marketing business. There are thousands of affiliate marketing courses available but not all are legitimate or provide value to starting a successful business. It’s important to read reviews and watch YouTube videos to determine the legitimate courses and which course is the best fit for you depending on your time commitments, cost, and content.
The courses discussed in this article and legitimate and I have personally taken both of them. But they are different in their approach to teaching about having an affiliate marketing business.
What is Legendary Marketer (15 Day Challenge)?
This course was created by David Sharpe who owns three multi-million dollar businesses. He shares his personal journey of being broke, a drug addict, working for his dad, and after 10 years turning his life around thanks to marketing.

Per the title, this is a 15 days online course consisting of videos and assignments. There is a private Facebook group. Every student is assigned a business advisor – some days can’t be unlocked until ther is a call with the business advisor who is trying to close sales of the Business Blueprints. During the 15 days, students get an overview of affiliate marketing, sales funnels, importance of a business plan, the entrepreneur mindset and high level skills needed to run a successful online business. Besides affiliate marketing, the course offers information about skills that can be transferred to online / ‘regular’ businesses. The course also includes pre-made funnels, business plan templates and examples of emails that convert.
There are other courses available ranging from $30 monthly subscription – $2500 Business Blueprints – $10,000+ Mastermind.
What is Freedom Accelerator (72 Hour Challenge)?
This course created by Jonathan Montoya who has a multi-million dollar affiliate marketing business. He shares his personal journey of being an electrical engineer who tried various online businesses including Amazon FBA, having a negative $1200 ban balance and his family living in a mice infested mobile home before he started his affiliate marketing business using short form videos on TikTok.
Per the title, this is a 3 days online course consisting of videos and assignments. There is a private Facebook group. During the 3 days, students get an overview of affiliate marketing, sales funnels, importance of building an email list for long-term success, and traffic methods via social media platforms or using paid solo ads. This course if focused on Affiliate Marketing being a path to Financial Freedom. The course also includes a pre-made funnel and lead magnet for either ClickFunnels or Systeme.io.

Both courses are legitimate and will start you on your journey to having an online business. Running an online business will lead to Financial and Time Freedom.
